Megan Schwan is the CEO and Founder of Sidekick Accounting Services. As a single Mom to 4 beautiful children she understands the necessity and benefit of running a profitable and successful company. Most businesses provide for families both the owners and the employees. Her mission and passion is changing the statistic that 8 out 10 small businesses fail and empowering other "regular" people to create the business of their dreams.

Megan is also a speaker, coach and published author. She pours into the small business communities providing education and support to starting and growing businesses. As your Accounting & Tax Sidekick she and her team are here to help you understand, use and grow!

When she is not working to change the world of small business she enjoys exploring new places and experiences with her kids!

My name is Nicole. I am the Senior Bookkeeping Manager at Sidekick Accounting Services. I have worked with Megan at Sidekick since 2014. I love being able to meet small business owners and hearing about their passions and assisting them in setting budget goals and reaching their dreams! I have Irish Twin boys (born less than 365 days apart) I love to explore with. Taking pictures of my family and friends is where I find my joy when I am not being your Sidekick.

I’m Karen, Sidekick Accounting’s Executive Assistant and Workflow Developer since 2022. I love supporting our team and clients however I can, but I am especially passionate about efficiency, streamlining processes, and building workflows and automations that improve our team’s productivity and our client’s experience.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and our furry companions - we have three cats and a chinchilla. I enjoy embroidery, reading, birdwatching, hiking/exploring nature, and listening to 90s music.

I’m Ty, and I am your Tax Superhero! I’m an enrolled agent with a passion for tax law and a mission to help individuals and business owners conquer their taxes. I love working with clients to protect them from overpaying and advocating for them with the IRS.

I love to recharge by immersing myself in music of all genres, reading and listening to podcasts for personal development, and spending quality time with my family - especially if it’s somewhere warm and near the water!

My name is Vicky and I have been a Bookkeeper for SideKick Accounting for over 5 years . I love helping small businesses keep their books in order, and they can become successful. When I'm not working I enjoy my time with my 1 year old daughter. She's a really active girl and keeps me busy.

My name is Elizabeth and I am a bookkeeper for Sidekick Accounting. When I'm not working for Sidekick Accounting, I help my husband run his horse training stables and chase around our two daughters. My Goals for Sidekick Accounting is to help not only my own small businesses, but all small businesses succeed by helping them understand their numbers.
